Refund policy
We want you to be completely happy with your artwork! Each print is carefully made with love, and we strive to deliver it safely to your door.
1. Returns
• If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Personalized prints and limited editions cannot be returned unless damaged.
• Returns are only accepted for items in their original condition.
2. Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).
3. Free Delivery Regions
• Delivery is free in Europe and the United States. For the rest of the world, shipping costs are prepaid by the customer and are not refundable unless the item arrives damaged.
4. Exchanges
• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different print, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
