We ship fine art prints worldwide with care and attention to detail. Each order is produced and packaged to the highest standards to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition.

 

1. Shipping Regions & Costs

• EU, UK & US: FREE DELIVERY on all fine art prints orders.

• Rest of the world (unframed): a flat rate of 50 USD applies.

• Rest of the world (framed): framed limited editions require special packaging and handling. Shipping costs typically range between 100 and 150 USD, depending on the artwork size and destination.

Shipping costs (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

 

2. Production & Dispatch Times

• All prints are made to order.

• Please allow 3–5 business days for production before dispatch.

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 

3. Delivery Times (after dispatch)

• Europe: 3–7 business days

• United States: 5–10 business days

• Rest of the World: 7–14 business days (depending on customs clearance)

Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location and local courier services.

 

4. Carriers

All orders are shipped securely via trusted logistics partners, which include:

• DHL

• FedEx

• UPS

• Royal Mail (for UK)

• Deutsche Post (for Germany)

The carrier is automatically selected based on your shipping destination and order type to ensure the fastest and most reliable service.

 

5. Packaging

• Unframed prints are shipped rolled in sturdy, protective tubes.

• Framed prints are securely packaged in custom-made boxes with corner protection.

Every artwork is handled with great care to guarantee it arrives safely and in perfect condition.

 

6. Customs & Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside of the EU or the US, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are not included in the product or shipping cost and remain the responsibility of the buyer.

 

7. Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at khong.jimmy@outlook.fr, including photos of the packaging and the artwork. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
