HARMONY – Held Between Strength and Serenity

In this painting, I wanted to portray a sacred, almost mystical bond between two beings that seem so different yet deeply connected: a young Cambodian monk, symbol of peace, gracefully hanging from the majestic tusks of an Asian elephant, a living emblem of strength, memory, and wisdom.
The contrast between the child’s lightness and the animal’s power is only an illusion. Here, they are one. Innocence and majesty rise together in silent balance.
The dark background heightens this dreamlike moment, suspended in time, beyond the ordinary. Sparkling particles float like stardust, reminding us that true harmony comes from the reverence between humanity, nature, and spirit.
Harmony is a celebration of unity. A tribute to the deep connection between humans and animals, body and soul, Earth and sky.
